Her journey began as a telemarketer for an insurance agency, where she quickly developed a passion for the field. She then progressed to become a manager for an agent, gaining invaluable experience and deep insight into client needs. Sylwia’s dedication and hard work eventually led her to become an agency owner with a captive insurance carrier. However, she soon realized that to truly serve her clients in the best way possible, she needed to offer more choices. This realization inspired her to transition into the role of an independent insurance broker. By offering a variety of options from top-tier insurance companies, she empowers clients to make the best decisions for their future, always keeping their best interests at the forefront. Outside of work, Sylwia enjoys a fulfilling family life with her loving husband and daughter.
